  • Water 5 l
  • Yellow Onion 2 pc cut in half with peel
  • Garlic 2 pc whole cut in half with peel
  • Bay Leaf 5 pc
  • Pepper 1 tbsp
  • Salt 3 tbsp
  • Pork Belly 1 kg
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Garlic 6 clove
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Paprika Powder 2 tbsp sweet

Steps

  1. boil up Water 5 l
  2. add Yellow Onion 2 pc cut in half with peel Garlic 2 pc whole cut in half with peel Bay Leaf 5 pc Pepper 1 tbsp Salt 3 tbsp
  3. add Pork Belly 1 kg
  4. cook until it softens
  5. take out
  6. sprinkle with Salt 1 tsp
  7. blend Garlic 6 clove Oil 2 tbsp with hand blender
  8. Meat smear with Mixture
  9. sprinkle with Paprika Powder 2 tbsp sweet
  10. cool 2 days in fridge
