Ingredients

  • Flour 80 g
  • Salt 2 tsp
  • Pepper 1.5 tsp
  • Garlic Powder 0.5 tsp
  • Paprika Powder 0.5 tsp
  • Chicken Breast 800 g cut in pieces
  • Corn Starch 3 tbsp
  • Egg 2 pc beaten
  • Oil 5 tbsp
  • Sesame Oil 1.5 tbsp
  • Garlic 5 clove crushed/minced
  • Rice Vinegar 1 tbsp
  • Honey 2 tbsp
  • Ketchup 3 tbsp
  • Brown Sugar 2 tbsp
  • Soy Sauce 8 tbsp
  • Sweet Chili Sauce 2 tbsp
  • Sesame Seed 2 tbsp
  • Green Onion / Scallion 1.5 bunch chopped
  • Basmati Rice 250 g
  • Water 500 ml
  • Butter 3.0 tbsp
  • Egg 2 pc
  • Carrot 2 pc cut into cubes/diced
  • Yellow Onion 1 pc chopped
  • Pea 80 g frozen

Steps

    Chicken

  1. mix Flour 80 g Salt 1 tsp Pepper 0.5 tsp Garlic Powder 0.5 tsp Paprika Powder 0.5 tsp
  2. mix Chicken Breast 800 g cut in pieces Corn Starch 3 tbsp
  3. dip Chicken Egg 2 pc beaten
  4. dip Chicken Dry Mix
  5. heat up Oil 5 tbsp in large pan
  6. add Chicken
  7. fry 6 min approx until it browns all sides
  8. remove Chicken
  9. add Sesame Oil 1 tbsp Garlic 2 clove crushed/minced Rice Vinegar 1 tbsp Honey 2 tbsp Ketchup 3 tbsp Brown Sugar 2 tbsp Soy Sauce 4 tbsp in large pan
  10. add Sweet Chili Sauce 2 tbsp optional
  11. cook 3 min high heat
  12. add Chicken
  13. mix until well coated
  14. cook 1 min
  15. remove from heat
  16. sprinkle with Sesame Seed 2 tbsp Green Onion / Scallion 1 bunch chopped when serving

    Rice

  1. add Basmati Rice 250 g Water 500 ml in medium pot
  2. cook low heat until liquid absorbed while stirring
  3. melt Butter 0.5 tbsp in large pan
  4. add Egg 2 pc while stirring
  5. cook 1 min
  6. remove Eggs
  7. add Butter 1 tbsp in large pan
  8. melt
  9. add Carrot 2 pc cut into cubes/diced Yellow Onion 1 pc chopped Pea 80 g frozen Garlic 3 clove crushed/minced Salt 1 tsp Pepper 1 tsp
  10. fry 5 min medium heat while stirring
  11. add Butter 1.5 tbsp
  12. fry until it melts while stirring
  13. add Rice Green Onion / Scallion 0.5 bunch chopped Soy Sauce 4 tbsp
  14. mix until combined
  15. fry 4 min while stirring
  16. add Eggs
  17. mix until combined
  18. remove from heat
  19. add Sesame Oil 0.5 tbsp
