  • Garlic 4 clove crushed/minced
  • Coriander/Cilantro 1 tbsp milled/ground
  • Cumin 1 tbsp milled/ground
  • Cardamon 1 tbsp milled/ground
  • Cayenne Pepper 1 tsp
  • Smoked Paprika Powder 2 tsp
  • Salt 3 tsp
  • Pepper 2 tsp
  • Lemon Juice 3 tbsp
  • Olive Oil 5 tbsp
  • Chicken Thigh 1 kg boneless skinless
  • Greek Yogurt 260 g
  • Cumin 1 tsp
  • Lebanese Flatbread 4 pc
  • Lettuce 4 leaf
  • Tomato 2 pc sliced

Steps

  1. mix Garlic 2 clove crushed/minced Coriander/Cilantro 1 tbsp milled/ground Cumin 1 tbsp milled/ground Cardamon 1 tbsp milled/ground Cayenne Pepper 1 tsp Smoked Paprika Powder 2 tsp Salt 2 tsp Pepper 1 tsp Lemon Juice 2 tbsp Olive Oil 3 tbsp
  2. add Chicken Thigh 1 kg boneless skinless
  3. mix
  4. rest in fridge covered 3 h at least
  5. in the meantime mix Greek Yogurt 260 g Garlic 2 clove crushed/minced Cumin 1 tsp Lemon Juice 1 tbsp Pepper 1 tsp Salt 1 tsp
  6. rest Sauce until used covered
  7. heat up Olive Oil 2 tbsp in large pan
  8. add Chicken
  9. fry medium heat 5 min until it browns until it softens both sides
  10. remove from heat
  11. rest 5 min covered in aluminum foil
  12. slice Chicken
  13. take Lebanese Flatbread 4 pc
  14. smear with Sauce
  15. put on it Lettuce 4 leaf 1 / serving
  16. put on it Tomato 2 pc sliced evenly
  17. put on it Chicken evenly
  18. roll up
