  • Spinach 750 g frozen chopped
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Flour 1 tbsp
  • Garlic 1 clove crushed/minced
  • Milk 250 ml

Steps

  1. defrost Spinach 750 g frozen chopped
  2. heat up Oil 2 tbsp in medium pot
  3. add Flour 1 tbsp while stirring
  4. fry medium heat until it browns
  5. add Garlic 1 clove crushed/minced
  6. fry 1 min
  7. add Milk 250 ml
  8. add Spinach
  9. cook 10 min while stirring
