Ingredients

  • Olive Oil 4 tbsp
  • Paprika Powder 1.5 tsp
  • White Pepper 1 tsp
  • Salt 1.25 tsp
  • Turkey Breast 800 g cut into strips
  • Toast Bread 6 slice cut into cubes/diced
  • Garlic 3 clove crushed/minced
  • Greek Yogurt 150 g
  • Lemon Juice 3 tbsp
  • Mustard 3 tsp
  • Worcestershire Sauce 1 tbsp
  • Pepper 0.25 tsp
  • Iceberg Lettuce 1.5 pc cut in pieces
  • Cherry Tomato 400 g cut in half
  • Parmesan 100 g shaved

Steps

  1. mix Olive Oil 1 tbsp Paprika Powder 1.5 tsp White Pepper 1 tsp Salt 1 tsp
  2. add Turkey Breast 800 g cut into strips
  3. mix
  4. rest 30 min in fridge covered
  5. in the meantime heat up Olive Oil 2 tbsp in large pan
  6. add Toast Bread 6 slice cut into cubes/diced
  7. fry medium heat until it gets crispy
  8. add Garlic 3 clove crushed/minced
  9. mix fry 1 min
  10. remove from heat
  11. cool completely
  12. mix Greek Yogurt 150 g Lemon Juice 3 tbsp Mustard 3 tsp Worcestershire Sauce 1 tbsp Salt 0.25 tsp Pepper 0.25 tsp
  13. heat up Olive Oil 1 tbsp in large pan
  14. add Turkey
  15. fry 5 min all sides until it gets crispy

    Assembly

  1. divide Iceberg Lettuce 1.5 pc cut in pieces on plates 1 / serving
  2. put on it Cherry Tomato 400 g cut in half evenly
  3. put on it Turkey evenly
  4. sprinkle with Dressing Bread Parmesan 100 g shaved evenly
