  • Olive Oil 1 tbsp
  • Minced Meat 500 g beef
  • Yellow Onion 1 pc chopped
  • Bell Pepper 1.5 pc cut in pieces
  • Yellow Pepper 1 pc cut in pieces
  • Garlic 2 clove crushed/minced
  • Tomato Paste 5 tbsp
  • Salt 2.0 tsp
  • Pepper 1.0 tsp
  • Cayenne Pepper 1 tsp
  • Paprika Powder 2 tsp
  • Tomato 500 g cut in pieces
  • Tomato 300 ml sieved
  • Corn 200 g canned strained
  • Kidney Bean 200 g canned strained
  • Cumin 0.5 tsp
  • Tortilla 12 pc
  • Crème Fraîche 300 g
  • Cheese 600 g grated

Steps

  1. heat up Olive Oil 1 tbsp in large pan
  2. add Minced Meat 500 g beef
  3. fry until it browns
  4. add Yellow Onion 1 pc chopped Bell Pepper 1.5 pc cut in pieces Yellow Pepper 1 pc cut in pieces Garlic 2 clove crushed/minced Tomato Paste 5 tbsp Salt 1.5 tsp Pepper 0.5 tsp Cayenne Pepper 1 tsp Paprika Powder 2 tsp
  5. fry 5 min
  6. add Tomato 500 g cut in pieces Tomato 300 ml sieved
  7. cook 5 min
  8. add Corn 200 g canned strained Kidney Bean 200 g canned strained
  9. cook 5 min
  10. add Cumin 0.5 tsp Salt 0.5 tsp Pepper 0.5 tsp more if needed
  11. heat up Tortilla 12 pc a little bit one by one in large pan
  12. remove from heat
  13. smear with Crème Fraîche 300 g evenly one by one
  14. sprinkle with Cheese 400 g grated evenly one by one
  15. put on it Meat Sauce evenly one by one
  16. fold sides 2 cm
  17. roll up Burrito
  18. put baking paper in baking tray
  19. put on it Burrito
  20. sprinkle with Cheese 200 g grated
  21. bake 250 °C 3 min in oven (grill) preheated
