Ingredients

  • Pork Shoulder 400 g cut in pieces
  • Water 2 l
  • Bay Leaf 3 pc
  • Yellow Onion 1 pc
  • Garlic 3 clove
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Pepper 0.5 tsp
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Beetroot 3 pc cut into strips
  • Cabbage 200 g cut into strips
  • Carrot 3 pc cut into strips
  • Parsley Root 2 pc cut into strips
  • Lemon Juice 2 tbsp
  • Sugar 1 tsp
  • Tomato Paste 2 tbsp
  • Potato 2 pc cut into cubes/diced
  • Sour Cream 1 little bit

Steps

  1. add Pork Shoulder 400 g cut in pieces Water 2 l Bay Leaf 3 pc Yellow Onion 1 pc Garlic 3 clove Salt 1 tsp Pepper 0.5 tsp in large pot
  2. cook 30 min until it softens
  3. heat up Oil 2 tbsp in medium pot
  4. add Beetroot 3 pc cut into strips Cabbage 200 g cut into strips Carrot 3 pc cut into strips Parsley Root 2 pc cut into strips
  5. fry 5 min
  6. add Lemon Juice 2 tbsp Sugar 1 tsp
  7. add Soup 100 ml
  8. add Tomato Paste 2 tbsp
  9. cook 10 min covered
  10. take Soup
  11. add Vegetables Potato 2 pc cut into cubes/diced
  12. cook 15 min
  13. add Sour Cream 1 little bit when serving
