Ingredients

  • Water 3 l
  • Chestnut 300 g
  • Sugar 65 g
  • Water 50 ml
  • Vanilla Aroma 3 tsp
  • Rum 1 tbsp
  • Whipped Cream 2 tbsp per serving

Steps

  1. boil up Water 3 l
  2. add Chestnut 300 g
  3. cook until it softens
  4. cool
  5. peel also thin brown skin
  6. blend with hand blender

    Syrup

  1. mix Sugar 65 g Water 50 ml
  2. cook slowly until it melts
  3. remove from heat
  4. add Puree
  5. mix
  6. add Vanilla Aroma 3 tsp Rum 1 tbsp
  7. mash with potato press
  8. put on it Whipped Cream 2 tbsp per serving when serving
