Ingredients

  • Pork Cutlet 4 slice
  • Salt 4 pinch
  • Pepper 4 pinch
  • Oil 1 tbsp
  • Yellow Onion 1 pc chopped
  • Bacon 100 g cut in pieces
  • Bell Pepper 2 pc cut in pieces
  • Champignon 500 g sliced
  • Pickled Cucumber 100 g cut in pieces
  • Garlic 2 clove crushed/minced
  • Broth 250 ml
  • Sour Cream 200 g
  • Tomato Paste 2 tbsp
  • Hot Pepper 1 little bit
  • Salt 0.5 tsp
  • Pepper 0.5 tsp
  • Cheese 150 g grated

Steps

  1. take Pork Cutlet 4 slice
  2. sprinkle with Salt 4 pinch Pepper 4 pinch 1 / piece both sides
  3. heat up Oil 1 tbsp in large pan
  4. add Yellow Onion 1 pc chopped
  5. fry until it gets glassy
  6. add Bacon 100 g cut in pieces Bell Pepper 2 pc cut in pieces Champignon 500 g sliced Pickled Cucumber 100 g cut in pieces
  7. fry high heat 5 min
  8. add Garlic 2 clove crushed/minced Broth 250 ml Sour Cream 200 g Tomato Paste 2 tbsp
  9. add Hot Pepper 1 little bit Salt 0.5 tsp Pepper 0.5 tsp more if needed
  10. cook medium heat 5 min
  11. put Meat in baking form
  12. put on it Sauce
  13. bake 170 °C in oven (convection) preheated 40 min
  14. sprinkle with Cheese 150 g grated
  15. bake 170 °C 5 min
