Ingredients

  • Flour 500 g
  • Butter 250 g cut in pieces
  • Powdered Sugar 300 g
  • Vanilla Sugar 10 g
  • Salt 1 pinch
  • Sour Cream 150 ml lukewarm
  • Yeast 25 g crumbled
  • Egg 1 pc cracked up
  • Walnut 300 g ground
  • Lemon Peel/Zest 1.5 tbsp grated
  • Apricot Jam 300 g
  • Chocolate 200 g cut in pieces dark
  • Oil 2 tbsp

Steps

  1. mix Flour 500 g Butter 250 g cut in pieces
  2. add Powdered Sugar 100 g Vanilla Sugar 10 g Salt 1 pinch
  3. mix Sour Cream 150 ml lukewarm Yeast 25 g crumbled Egg 1 pc cracked up
  4. mix Flour Yeast mix
  5. rest covered in warm place until filling ready
  6. mix Walnut 300 g ground Powdered Sugar 200 g Lemon Peel/Zest 1.5 tbsp grated
  7. divide Dough in 4 parts
  8. form Balls
  9. roll (stretch) Dough 30x40 cm approx
  10. put baking paper in baking tray 30x40 cm
  11. put on it Dough 1/4
  12. smear with Apricot Jam 100 g evenly
  13. put on it Walnut 1/3 evenly
  14. put on it Dough 1/4
  15. smear with Apricot Jam 100 g evenly
  16. put on it Walnut 1/3 evenly
  17. put on it Dough 1/4
  18. smear with Apricot Jam 100 g evenly
  19. put on it Walnut 1/3 evenly
  20. put on it Dough 1/4
  21. prick only the top with fork
  22. rest 1 h covered
  23. bake 180 °C preheated 40 min
  24. cool completely
  25. put on it baking paper put on it baking tray another
  26. turn/flip carefully
  27. melt Chocolate 200 g cut in pieces dark over steam
  28. add Oil 2 tbsp while mixing
  29. take Cake
  30. smear with Chocolate evenly
  31. rest until stiff
  32. slice with hot knife
