Ingredients

  • Kohlrabi 4 pc
  • Water 4 l
  • Salt 3.5 tsp
  • Flour 100 g
  • Paprika Powder 0.25 tsp
  • Egg 2 pc beaten
  • Breadcrumb 100 g
  • Oil 150 ml
  • Mayonnaise 4 tbsp
  • Yoghurt 2 tbsp
  • Mustard 0.5 tsp
  • Parsley Leaf 1 tbsp chopped
  • Basil 0.5 tbsp chopped
  • Pepper 0.5 tsp

Steps

  1. peel Kohlrabi 4 pc
  2. slice 5 mm
  3. boil up Water 4 l
  4. add Salt 3 tsp Kohlrabi
  5. cook medium heat until it softens
  6. drain in colander
  7. mix Flour 100 g Paprika Powder 0.25 tsp
  8. take Kohlrabi
  9. dip Dry Mix one by one
  10. dip Egg 2 pc beaten one by one
  11. dip Breadcrumb 100 g one by one
  12. heat up Oil 150 ml in large pan
  13. add Kohlrabi
  14. fry until it gets goldenbrown both sides
  15. rest on paper towel

    Dip

  1. mix Mayonnaise 4 tbsp Yoghurt 2 tbsp Mustard 0.5 tsp until foamy
  2. add Parsley Leaf 1 tbsp chopped Basil 0.5 tbsp chopped Salt 0.5 tsp Pepper 0.5 tsp
