Ingredients

  • Flour 150 g
  • Paprika Powder 1 tsp
  • Salmon 1 kg fillet
  • Salt 3 tsp
  • Oil 150 ml
  • Rice 150 g
  • Water 300 ml
  • Oil 2.0 tbsp
  • Pea 200 g
  • Corn 200 g
  • Parsley Leaf 2 tsp chopped
  • Lemon Juice 1 little bit

Steps

    Fish

  1. mix Flour 150 g Paprika Powder 1 tsp
  2. wash Salmon 1 kg fillet
  3. wipe with paper towel
  4. sprinkle with Salt 2 tsp approx
  5. dip Flour one by one
  6. heat up Oil 150 ml in large pan
  7. add Fish
  8. fry 3 min both sides until it gets goldenbrown
  9. rest on paper towel

    Rice

  1. add Rice 150 g Water 300 ml Salt 1 tsp in medium pot
  2. cook until liquid absorbed
  3. heat up Oil 1 tbsp in medium pan
  4. add Rice
  5. fry medium heat 2 min
  6. remove Rice
  7. add Oil 0.5 tbsp Pea 200 g in medium pan
  8. fry 2 min
  9. remove Peas
  10. add Oil 0.5 tbsp Corn 200 g in medium pan
  11. fry 2 min
  12. mix Rice Vegetables Parsley Leaf 2 tsp chopped

    Serving

  1. take Fish
  2. sprinkle with Lemon Juice 1 little bit when serving
