Ingredients

  • Olive Oil 1.5 tbsp
  • Yellow Onion 1 pc chopped
  • Garlic 2 clove crushed/minced
  • Minced Meat 350 g beef
  • Bell Pepper 1 pc chopped
  • Kidney Bean 300 g canned strained
  • Corn 300 g canned strained
  • Tomato 400 g canned chunky
  • Yoghurt 200 g
  • Cream Cheese 100 g with herbs
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Pepper 1 tsp
  • Chili Pepper 0.5 tsp dried
  • Tortilla 6 pc
  • Cheese 100 g grated

Steps

  1. heat up Olive Oil 1 tbsp in large pan
  2. add Yellow Onion 1 pc chopped Garlic 2 clove crushed/minced
  3. fry medium heat until it gets glassy
  4. add Minced Meat 350 g beef
  5. fry until it browns
  6. add Bell Pepper 1 pc chopped Kidney Bean 300 g canned strained Corn 300 g canned strained
  7. fry 3 min
  8. add Tomato 400 g canned chunky Yoghurt 200 g Cream Cheese 100 g with herbs
  9. cook medium heat 15 min while stirring
  10. add Salt 1 tsp Pepper 1 tsp Chili Pepper 0.5 tsp dried more if needed
  11. take baking tray
  12. smear with Olive Oil 0.5 tbsp
  13. put on it Sauce 1/4
  14. put on it Tortilla 2 pc evenly
  15. put on it Sauce 1/4
  16. put on it Tortilla 2 pc evenly
  17. put on it Sauce 1/4
  18. put on it Tortilla 2 pc evenly
  19. put on it Sauce 1/4
  20. sprinkle with Cheese 100 g grated
  21. bake 180 °C preheated 20 min
