  • Parsley Root 3 pc cut in pieces
  • Celery Root 0.5 pc cut in pieces
  • Yellow Onion 1 pc cut in pieces
  • Garlic 1 head cut in pieces
  • Yellow Pepper 1 pc cut in pieces
  • Tomato 1 pc cut in pieces
  • Pepper 1.5 tbsp unmilled
  • Caraway 1 tsp
  • Chicken Wing 1 kg
  • Water 12 l
  • Bun 5 pc cut in pieces
  • Chicken Liver 500 g minced
  • Egg 5 pc
  • Flour 4 tbsp
  • Breadcrumb 4 tbsp
  • Salt 8 tsp
  • Pepper 5 tsp
  • Parsley Leaf 1 little bit chopped

Steps

    Broth

  1. put Carrot 5 pc cut in pieces Parsley Root 3 pc cut in pieces Celery Root 0.5 pc cut in pieces Yellow Onion 1 pc cut in pieces Garlic 1 head cut in pieces Yellow Pepper 1 pc cut in pieces Tomato 1 pc cut in pieces Pepper 1.5 tbsp unmilled Caraway 1 tsp Chicken Wing 1 kg in large pot
  2. add Water 8 l enough to cover
  3. cook 90 min until it softens
  4. drain in colander keep Broth

    Dumplings

  1. soak Bun 5 pc cut in pieces until it softens
  2. squeeze
  3. mix Bun Chicken Liver 500 g minced Egg 5 pc Flour 4 tbsp Breadcrumb 4 tbsp Salt 2 tsp Pepper 2 tsp in medium bowl until mixed evenly
  4. form Dumplings small
  5. boil up Water 4 l
  6. add Salt 6 tsp Pepper 3 tsp Dumplings
  7. cook 20 min
  8. remove Dumplings with slotted spoon
  9. mix Broth Dumplings
  10. put on it Parsley Leaf 1 little bit chopped when serving
