Ingredients

  • Minced Meat 500 g pork
  • Quark 20 g
  • Salt 3 tsp
  • Pepper 3 tsp
  • Paprika Powder 1 tsp
  • Marjoram 2 pinch
  • Oregano 2 pinch
  • Thyme 2 pinch
  • Basil 2 pinch
  • Mozzarella 125 g
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Yellow Onion 1 pc chopped
  • Garlic 1 clove crushed/minced
  • Tomato Paste 2 tbsp
  • Tomato 400 g canned cut in pieces
  • Heavy Cream 100 g
  • Sugar 1 pinch
  • Mozzarella 250 g sliced

Steps

    Meatballs

  1. mix Minced Meat 500 g pork Quark 20 g Salt 2 tsp Pepper 2 tsp Paprika Powder 1 tsp Marjoram 1 pinch Oregano 1 pinch Thyme 1 pinch Basil 1 pinch
  2. divide Mozzarella 125 g 3 / serving
  3. divide Meat 3 / serving
  4. form Meatballs cheese in the middle 3 / serving

    Sauce

  1. heat up Oil 2 tbsp in small pan
  2. add Yellow Onion 1 pc chopped
  3. fry until it browns
  4. add Garlic 1 clove crushed/minced Marjoram 1 pinch Oregano 1 pinch Thyme 1 pinch Basil 1 pinch Tomato Paste 2 tbsp
  5. fry 2 min
  6. add Tomato 400 g canned cut in pieces Heavy Cream 100 g Salt 1 tsp Pepper 1 tsp Sugar 1 pinch
  7. cook 10 min medium heat

    Assembly

  1. put Meatballs in casserole dish
  2. put on it Sauce
  3. bake 200 °C 25 min preheated
  4. put on it Mozzarella 250 g sliced
  5. bake 200 °C 10 min
