Ingredients

  • Butter 1 tbsp
  • Garlic 2 clove crushed/minced
  • Flour 1 tbsp
  • Milk 250 ml
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Pepper 0.5 tsp
  • Potato 4 pc
  • Parmesan 2 tbsp grated
  • Parsley Leaf 1 tbsp chopped

Steps

  1. melt Butter 1 tbsp in small pot
  2. add Garlic 2 clove crushed/minced
  3. fry until it browns
  4. add Flour 1 tbsp while stirring
  5. mix until mixed evenly to avoid lumping
  6. add Milk 250 ml slowly while stirring
  7. add Salt 1 tsp Pepper 0.5 tsp
  8. boil up
  9. remove from heat
  10. slice Potato 4 pc 3 mm
  11. put in casserole dish evenly
  12. put on it Sauce
  13. sprinkle with Parmesan 2 tbsp grated evenly
  14. bake 180 °C preheated in oven (convection) 1 h approx until it gets goldenbrown
  15. sprinkle with Parsley Leaf 1 tbsp chopped when serving
