Ingredients

  • Quark 500 g
  • Cheese 200 g grated
  • Egg 6 pc
  • Ketchup 4 tsp
  • Mustard 2 tsp
  • Yoghurt 4 tbsp
  • Oil 1 tbsp
  • Minced Meat 500 g
  • Pickled Cucumber 6 pc sliced
  • Salt 0.25 tsp
  • Pepper 0.25 tsp
  • Processed Cheese 6 slice
  • Lettuce 2 leaf cut in pieces
  • Tomato 2 pc sliced

Steps

  1. mix Quark 500 g Cheese 200 g grated Egg 6 pc until dough comes together
  2. put baking paper in baking tray
  3. put on it Dough
  4. bake 180 °C preheated in oven (top and bottom) 20 min
  5. cool
  6. mix Ketchup 4 tsp Mustard 2 tsp Yoghurt 4 tbsp
  7. heat up Oil 1 tbsp in medium pot
  8. add Minced Meat 500 g
  9. fry until it browns
  10. add Pickled Cucumber 6 pc sliced
  11. add Salt 0.25 tsp Pepper 0.25 tsp more if needed
  12. take Dough
  13. smear with Sauce 2/3 evenly
  14. put on it Meat Mix evenly
  15. put on it Processed Cheese 6 slice evenly
  16. put on it Lettuce 2 leaf cut in pieces Tomato 2 pc sliced evenly
  17. roll up Dough
