Ingredients

  • Oil 1 tbsp
  • Chicken Breast 500 g cut into cubes/diced
  • Water 200 ml
  • Salt 2 pinch
  • Leek 1 pc sliced
  • Olive Oil 1 tbsp
  • Yellow Onion 1 pc chopped
  • Bell Pepper 1 pc cut in pieces
  • Champignon 300 g cleaned sliced
  • Butter 25 g
  • Flour 1.5 tbsp
  • Curry Powder 1 tbsp
  • Chicken Broth 500 ml
  • Processed Cheese 200 g
  • Heavy Cream 75 ml
  • Teriyaki Sauce 25 ml
  • Red Curry Paste 1 tsp
  • Pepper 1 pinch
  • Parsley Leaf 1.5 tbsp chopped

Steps

  1. heat up Oil 1 tbsp in large pan
  2. add Chicken Breast 500 g cut into cubes/diced 2 cm
  3. fry until it gets crispy
  4. heat up Water 200 ml in medium pot
  5. add Salt 2 pinch
  6. add Leek 1 pc sliced
  7. simmer until it softens
  8. heat up Olive Oil 1 tbsp in large pan
  9. add Yellow Onion 1 pc chopped Bell Pepper 1 pc cut in pieces
  10. fry 5 min
  11. add Champignon 300 g cleaned sliced
  12. fry 5 min
  13. heat up Butter 25 g in large pot
  14. add Meat
  15. fry 2 min high heat
  16. add Flour 1.5 tbsp Curry Powder 1 tbsp
  17. fry 1 min medium heat
  18. add Chicken Broth 500 ml Processed Cheese 200 g
  19. cook medium heat until it melts
  20. add Heavy Cream 75 ml
  21. add Vegetables
  22. add Teriyaki Sauce 25 ml Red Curry Paste 1 tsp Pepper 1 pinch
  23. cook 5 min low heat covered while stirring
  24. add Parsley Leaf 1.5 tbsp chopped
