Ingredients

  • Flour 250 g
  • Egg 1 pc
  • Butter 160 g cold cut in pieces
  • Salt 0.25 tsp
  • Butter 20 g
  • Bacon 125 g cut into cubes/diced
  • Leek 1 pc sliced
  • Yellow Onion 1 pc cut into cubes/diced
  • Egg 4 pc beaten
  • Heavy Cream 250 ml
  • Pepper 0.25 tsp

Steps

  1. mix Flour 250 g Egg 1 pc Butter 160 g cold cut in pieces Salt 0.25 tsp
  2. knead until dough comes together
  3. rest 30 min in cling wrap in fridge
  4. in the meantime melt Butter 20 g in medium pan
  5. add Bacon 125 g cut into cubes/diced
  6. fry until it gets crispy
  7. add Leek 1 pc sliced Yellow Onion 1 pc cut into cubes/diced
  8. fry until it gets glassy
  9. remove from heat
  10. cool 10 min
  11. add Egg 4 pc beaten Heavy Cream 250 ml Pepper 0.25 tsp
  12. roll (stretch) Dough
  13. put push Dough in pie form 28-30 cm
  14. put on it Mixture
  15. bake 180 °C preheated in oven (top and bottom) 35 min
