Ingredients

  • Heavy Cream 150 ml
  • Broth 250 ml
  • Tomato Paste 2 tsp
  • Yellow Onion 300 g chopped
  • Bell Pepper 1 pc cut in pieces
  • Yellow Pepper 1 pc cut in pieces
  • Sauerkraut 600 ml canned strained
  • Pork 800 g cut in pieces
  • Salt 2 tsp
  • Paprika Powder 1 tsp sweet
  • Paprika Powder 1 tsp hot
  • Caraway 1 tsp
  • Pepper 2 tsp
  • Oregano 2 tsp dried
  • Parsley Leaf 6 tbsp chopped

Steps

  1. add Heavy Cream 150 ml Broth 250 ml Tomato Paste 2 tsp in small pot
  2. cook 5 min medium heat
  3. mix Yellow Onion 300 g chopped Bell Pepper 1 pc cut in pieces Yellow Pepper 1 pc cut in pieces Sauerkraut 600 ml canned strained Pork 800 g cut in pieces in casserole dish
  4. add Salt 2 tsp Paprika Powder 1 tsp sweet Paprika Powder 1 tsp hot Caraway 1 tsp Pepper 2 tsp Oregano 2 tsp dried more if needed
  5. add Heavy Cream Mix
  6. bake 190 °C preheated 90 min in oven (top and bottom) covered
  7. bake 190 °C uncovered
  8. sprinkle with Parsley Leaf 6 tbsp chopped when serving
