Ingredients

  • Water 5 l
  • Penne 500 g
  • Salt 3 tsp
  • Olive Oil 8 tbsp
  • Yellow Onion 1 pc chopped
  • Garlic 2 clove crushed/minced
  • Oregano 1.5 tbsp
  • Paprika Powder 1.5 tbsp
  • Tomato Paste 2 tbsp
  • Heavy Cream 300 ml
  • Tomato 600 g canned cut in pieces
  • Tuna 600 g canned strained
  • Pepper 2 tsp
  • Mozzarella 300 g cut in pieces
  • Green Bean 450 g
  • Pine Kernel 75 g
  • Basil 1 bunch

Steps

    Pasta

  1. boil up Water 5 l in medium pot
  2. add Penne 500 g Salt 1 tsp
  3. cook until it softens
  4. drain in colander
  5. in the meantime heat up Olive Oil 2 tbsp in large pan
  6. add Yellow Onion 1 pc chopped Garlic 2 clove crushed/minced
  7. fry medium heat until it gets glassy
  8. add Oregano 1.5 tbsp Paprika Powder 1.5 tbsp Tomato Paste 2 tbsp
  9. fry 2 min
  10. add Heavy Cream 300 ml
  11. cook 2 min
  12. add Tomato 600 g canned cut in pieces Tuna 300 g canned strained
  13. cook 4 min
  14. add Salt 1 tsp Pepper 1 tsp more if needed
  15. blend with hand blender
  16. put Pasta Sauce in casserole dish
  17. mix
  18. put on it Tuna 300 g canned strained evenly
  19. put on it Mozzarella 300 g cut in pieces evenly
  20. bake 200 °C preheated in oven (top and bottom) 25 min until it gets goldenbrown

    Pesto

  1. blend Green Bean 450 g Olive Oil 6 tbsp Pine Kernel 75 g Basil 1 bunch with hand blender
  2. add Salt 1 tsp Pepper 1 tsp more if needed
