  • Oil 1 tbsp
  • Yellow Onion 1 pc chopped
  • Garlic 2 clove crushed/minced
  • Turkey Breast 500 g cut in pieces
  • Champignon 250 g cut in pieces
  • Bell Pepper 0.5 pc cut in pieces
  • Broccoli 250 g cut in pieces
  • Cherry Tomato 125 g cut in pieces
  • Chili Pepper 1 pc cut in pieces
  • Passata 350 g
  • Salt 0.5 tsp
  • Pepper 0.5 tsp
  • Paprika Powder 1 tsp
  • Delikát Spice Mix 1 tsp
  • Curry Powder 1 tsp
  • Turmeric 0.5 tsp
  • Yellow Curry Paste 25 g
  • Parsley Leaf 0.5 bunch
  • Couscous 100 g

Steps

  1. heat up Oil 1 tbsp in large pan
  2. add Yellow Onion 1 pc chopped
  3. fry medium heat until it gets glassy
  4. add Garlic 2 clove crushed/minced
  5. fry 1 min
  6. add Turkey Breast 500 g cut in pieces
  7. fry until it softens
  8. add Champignon 250 g cut in pieces Bell Pepper 0.5 pc cut in pieces Broccoli 250 g cut in pieces Cherry Tomato 125 g cut in pieces Chili Pepper 1 pc cut in pieces
  9. fry until it gets crispy
  10. add Passata 350 g
  11. cook 5 min
  12. add Salt 0.5 tsp Pepper 0.5 tsp Paprika Powder 1 tsp Delikát Spice Mix 1 tsp Curry Powder 1 tsp Turmeric 0.5 tsp more if needed
  13. add Yellow Curry Paste 25 g Parsley Leaf 0.5 bunch
  14. add Couscous 100 g
  15. cook until it softens
