Ingredients

  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Yellow Onion 1 pc chopped
  • Yellow Pepper 1 pc cut in pieces
  • Tomato Paste 1 tbsp
  • Pork Shoulder 1.5 kg cut into cubes/diced
  • Salt 1.5 tsp
  • Pepper 1.5 tsp
  • Delikát Spice Mix 1 tsp
  • Paprika Powder 1.5 tsp
  • Caraway 1 tsp
  • Chili Pepper 0.5 tsp
  • Water 1 little bit
  • Carrot 3 pc sliced
  • Potato 3 pc cut into cubes/diced
  • Yellow Bean 400 g canned strained
  • Heavy Cream 400 g
  • Parsley Leaf 1 bunch chopped

Steps

  1. heat up Oil 2 tbsp in medium pot
  2. add Yellow Onion 1 pc chopped
  3. fry until it browns
  4. add Yellow Pepper 1 pc cut in pieces Tomato Paste 1 tbsp
  5. fry until it softens
  6. add Pork Shoulder 1.5 kg cut into cubes/diced
  7. cook 10 min approx until it releases liquid
  8. add Salt 1 tsp Pepper 1 tsp Delikát Spice Mix 1 tsp Paprika Powder 1 tsp Caraway 1 tsp Chili Pepper 0.5 tsp more if needed
  9. cook medium heat until it softens almost completely
  10. in the meantime add Water 1 little bit if needed
  11. add Carrot 3 pc sliced Potato 3 pc cut into cubes/diced
  12. cook until it softens
  13. add Yellow Bean 400 g canned strained
  14. cook 10 min
  15. add Salt 0.5 tsp Pepper 0.5 tsp Paprika Powder 0.5 tsp if needed
  16. add Heavy Cream 400 g
  17. cook until it dissolves
  18. add Parsley Leaf 1 bunch chopped
  19. cook 5 min
