Ingredients

  • Olive Oil 2 tbsp
  • Yellow Onion 1 pc medium chopped
  • Bell Pepper 1 pc cut into cubes/diced
  • Garlic 4 clove crushed/minced
  • Paprika Powder 2 tsp
  • Cumin 1 tsp
  • Chili Pepper 0.25 tsp powder
  • Tomato 800 g canned
  • Salt 0.5 tsp
  • Pepper 0.5 tsp
  • Egg 6 pc cracked up large
  • Coriander/Cilantro 1 bunch chopped
  • Parsley Leaf 1 bunch chopped

Steps

  1. heat up Olive Oil 2 tbsp in large pan
  2. add Yellow Onion 1 pc medium chopped Bell Pepper 1 pc cut into cubes/diced
  3. fry medium heat 5 min
  4. add Garlic 4 clove crushed/minced Paprika Powder 2 tsp Cumin 1 tsp Chili Pepper 0.25 tsp powder
  5. fry 1 min
  6. add Tomato 800 g canned Salt 0.5 tsp Pepper 0.5 tsp
  7. cook 10 min
  8. put on it Egg 6 pc cracked up large into holes made with spoon
  9. cook 6 min approx covered until done
  10. sprinkle with Coriander/Cilantro 1 bunch chopped Parsley Leaf 1 bunch chopped when serving
