Ingredients

  • Water 3 l
  • Brown Rice 200 g
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Sesame Oil 1 tbsp
  • Chicken Breast 500 g cut into cubes/diced
  • Green Bean 600 g cleaned cut in pieces fresh
  • Garlic 2 clove crushed/minced
  • Soy Sauce 4 tbsp
  • Sriracha Sauce 3 tbsp
  • Honey 3 tbsp
  • Corn Starch 0.5 tbsp
  • Peanut 50 g chopped

Steps

  1. boil up Water 3 l in medium pot
  2. add Brown Rice 200 g Salt 1 tsp
  3. cook 10 min medium heat
  4. drain with strainer
  5. in the meantime heat up Sesame Oil 1 tbsp in large pan
  6. add Chicken Breast 500 g cut into cubes/diced
  7. fry medium heat 5 min while stirring
  8. remove Chicken
  9. add Green Bean 600 g cleaned cut in pieces fresh
  10. fry 3 min
  11. add Garlic 2 clove crushed/minced
  12. fry 1 min
  13. add Chicken
  14. cook 3 min covered
  15. in the meantime mix Soy Sauce 4 tbsp Sriracha Sauce 3 tbsp Honey 3 tbsp Corn Starch 0.5 tbsp in small bowl
  16. take Chicken add Sauce
  17. cook 2 min low heat until it thickens
  18. put Rice on plates
  19. put on it Chicken
  20. sprinkle with Peanut 50 g chopped when serving
