Ingredients

  • Olive Oil 2 tbsp
  • Butter 2 tbsp
  • Yellow Onion 1 pc chopped
  • Ham 200 g smoked cut into cubes/diced
  • Rice 400 g
  • White Wine 200 ml
  • Broth 1 l
  • Pea 200 g
  • Parmesan 150 g grated
  • Parsley Leaf 0.5 bunch chopped
  • Mozzarella 1 pack
  • Flour 150 g
  • Egg 3 pc beaten
  • Breadcrumb 150 g
  • Oil 500 ml

Steps

  1. add Olive Oil 2 tbsp Butter 2 tbsp in medium pot
  2. fry medium heat until it browns
  3. add Yellow Onion 1 pc chopped Ham 200 g smoked cut into cubes/diced Rice 400 g
  4. fry 2 min while stirring
  5. add White Wine 200 ml
  6. cook 2 min approx until liquid evaporates
  7. add Broth 1 l gradually
  8. cook 15 min approx until liquid absorbed
  9. add Pea 200 g
  10. cook 2 min
  11. add Parmesan 150 g grated Parsley Leaf 0.5 bunch chopped
  12. mix until mixed evenly
  13. cool completely
  14. divide Mozzarella 1 pack into pieces
  15. form Rice Balls with wet hands 2 / serving cheese in the middle
  16. dip Flour 150 g one by one
  17. dip Egg 3 pc beaten one by one
  18. dip Breadcrumb 150 g one by one
  19. heat up Oil 500 ml in large pan
  20. add Balls
  21. fry medium heat until it gets goldenbrown
