Ingredients

  • Pork Fat 1 tbsp
  • Yellow Onion 1 pc chopped
  • Yellow Pepper 1 pc cut in pieces
  • Paprika Powder 1 tbsp
  • Caraway 1 tsp milled/ground
  • Tomato 1 pc cut in pieces
  • Salt 0.5 tsp
  • Pepper 0.5 tsp
  • Water 100 ml
  • Egg 8 pc hard boiled sliced

Steps

  1. heat up Pork Fat 1 tbsp in medium pot
  2. add Yellow Onion 1 pc chopped
  3. fry until it gets glassy
  4. add Yellow Pepper 1 pc cut in pieces
  5. fry until it softens
  6. remove from heat
  7. add Paprika Powder 1 tbsp Caraway 1 tsp milled/ground
  8. add Tomato 1 pc cut in pieces
  9. add Salt 0.5 tsp Pepper 0.5 tsp more if needed
  10. add Water 100 ml more if needed
  11. boil up
  12. cook low heat 30 min
  13. add Egg 8 pc hard boiled sliced
  14. cook low heat 5 min
