Ingredients

  • Corn 340 g canned strained
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Yellow Onion 1 pc chopped
  • Garlic 2 clove crushed/minced
  • Heavy Cream 150 ml
  • Water 400 ml
  • Salt 0.5 tsp
  • Pepper 0.5 tsp
  • Cayenne Pepper 1 pinch
  • Green Onion / Scallion 1 pc chopped
  • Coriander/Cilantro 1 bunch chopped
  • Lime 1 pc sliced
  • Chili Pepper 1 tsp crushed/minced
  • Tortilla Chips 40 g

Steps

  1. put Corn 340 g canned strained in baking tray
  2. bake 230 °C in oven (top and bottom) preheated 10 min
  3. heat up Oil 2 tbsp in medium pot
  4. add Yellow Onion 1 pc chopped
  5. fry medium heat until it gets glassy
  6. add Garlic 2 clove crushed/minced
  7. fry 1 min
  8. add Corn Heavy Cream 150 ml Water 400 ml
  9. add Salt 0.5 tsp Pepper 0.5 tsp more if needed
  10. add Cayenne Pepper 1 pinch
  11. boil up
  12. blend with hand blender
  13. put on it Green Onion / Scallion 1 pc chopped Coriander/Cilantro 1 bunch chopped Lime 1 pc sliced Chili Pepper 1 tsp crushed/minced Tortilla Chips 40 g when serving
