Ingredients

  • Olive Oil 3 tbsp
  • Turkey Breast 400 g cut into cubes/diced
  • Salt 1 pinch
  • Pepper 1 pinch
  • Garlic 1 clove crushed/minced
  • Quinoa 100 g
  • Water 200 ml
  • Bell Pepper 1 pc cut into cubes/diced
  • Green Onion / Scallion 2 pc sliced
  • Corn 100 g canned strained
  • Apricot 4 pc dried cut into strips
  • Salt 0.5 tsp
  • Pepper 0.5 tsp
  • Parsley Leaf 0.5 bunch chopped

Steps

  1. heat up Olive Oil 1 tbsp in large pan
  2. add Turkey Breast 400 g cut into cubes/diced Salt 1 pinch Pepper 1 pinch Garlic 1 clove crushed/minced
  3. fry medium heat 10 min until it gets goldenbrown
  4. remove from heat
  5. add Quinoa 100 g Water 200 ml in small pot
  6. cook low heat until it softens
  7. drain in colander
  8. add Bell Pepper 1 pc cut into cubes/diced Green Onion / Scallion 2 pc sliced Corn 100 g canned strained Apricot 4 pc dried cut into strips Turkey
  9. add Salt 0.5 tsp Pepper 0.5 tsp Olive Oil 2 tbsp more if needed
  10. sprinkle with Parsley Leaf 0.5 bunch chopped when serving
