Ingredients

  • Butter 1 tbsp
  • Red Onion 1 pc chopped
  • Gnocchi 600 g
  • Garlic 1 clove crushed/minced
  • Tomato Paste 150 g
  • Heavy Cream 200 g
  • Water 1 tbsp
  • Salt 0.5 tsp
  • Pepper 0.5 tsp
  • Spinach 100 g baby
  • Tomato 10 pc cut in half small
  • Parmesan 4 tbsp

Steps

  1. heat up Butter 1 tbsp in large pan
  2. add Red Onion 1 pc chopped
  3. fry until it gets glassy
  4. add Gnocchi 600 g
  5. fry high heat 3 min
  6. add Garlic 1 clove crushed/minced Tomato Paste 150 g Heavy Cream 200 g
  7. mix
  8. cook medium heat 2 min
  9. cook low heat 15 min until it softens add Water 1 tbsp if needed
  10. add Salt 0.5 tsp Pepper 0.5 tsp more if needed
  11. add Spinach 100 g baby Tomato 10 pc cut in half small
  12. mix
  13. cook 2 min
  14. sprinkle with Parmesan 4 tbsp 1 / serving when serving
