Ingredients

  • Water 5 l
  • Tagliatelle 400 g
  • Oil 3 tbsp
  • Yellow Onion 2 pc chopped
  • Minced Meat 500 g mixed (pork/beef)
  • Red Wine 250 ml
  • Tomato Paste 5 tbsp
  • Thyme 1 tsp
  • Cayenne Pepper 1 tsp
  • Salt 3 tsp
  • Heavy Cream 400 ml
  • Cheese 200 g grated

Steps

  1. boil up Water 5 l
  2. add Tagliatelle 400 g
  3. cook until it softens
  4. drain in colander
  5. heat up Oil 3 tbsp in large pan
  6. add Yellow Onion 2 pc chopped
  7. fry until it gets glassy
  8. add Minced Meat 500 g mixed (pork/beef)
  9. fry until it browns
  10. add Red Wine 250 ml Tomato Paste 5 tbsp Thyme 1 tsp Cayenne Pepper 1 tsp Salt 3 tsp
  11. add Pasta
  12. mix
  13. put Everything in casserole dish
  14. add Heavy Cream 400 ml
  15. sprinkle with Cheese 200 g grated
  16. bake in oven (convection) 200 °C 25 min
