Ingredients

  • Broth 200 ml
  • Couscous 100 g
  • Yellow Onion 2 pc chopped
  • Garlic 2 clove crushed/minced
  • Sheep Cheese 100 g cut in pieces
  • Olive Oil 3 tbsp
  • Black Olive 6 pc cut in pieces
  • Salt 2 pinch
  • Pepper 2 pinch
  • Basil 1 tbsp dried
  • Thyme 1 tbsp dried
  • Tomato 200 g sieved
  • Pointed Pepper 2 pc cut in half

Steps

    Filling

  1. boil up Broth 200 ml in medium pot
  2. remove from heat
  3. add Couscous 100 g
  4. wait 10 min until liquid absorbed
  5. mix
  6. add Yellow Onion 1 pc chopped Garlic 2 clove crushed/minced Sheep Cheese 100 g cut in pieces Olive Oil 2 tbsp Black Olive 6 pc cut in pieces Salt 1 pinch Pepper 1 pinch Basil 1 tbsp dried Thyme 1 tbsp dried

    Sauce

  1. heat up Olive Oil 1 tbsp in medium pan
  2. add Yellow Onion 1 pc chopped
  3. fry until it gets glassy
  4. add Tomato 200 g sieved
  5. boil up
  6. add Salt 1 pinch Pepper 1 pinch
  7. remove from heat

    Assembly

  1. take Pointed Pepper 2 pc cut in half
  2. fill Filling
  3. put Sauce in casserole dish
  4. put on it Pepper (vegetable) filled side up
  5. bake 180 °C 40 min in oven (top and bottom)
