Ingredients

  • Flour 500 g
  • Egg 2 pc whole cracked up
  • Salt 3 pinch
  • Water 850 ml
  • Oil 4 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tbsp
  • Pepper 2 pinch
  • Parsley Leaf 1 tbsp
  • Yellow Onion 1 pc chopped
  • Paprika Powder 2 tbsp
  • Champignon 500 g cut in pieces
  • Salt 2 tsp

Steps

    Tarhonya

  1. mix Flour 500 g Egg 2 pc whole cracked up Salt 3 pinch
  2. add Water 100 ml approx until dough comes together
  3. grate with large grater 5 mm approx
  4. heat up Oil 2 tbsp in large pan
  5. fry Dough until it browns
  6. boil up Water 700 ml in large pot
  7. add Salt 1 tbsp Pepper 1 pinch Parsley Leaf 1 tbsp
  8. add Dough
  9. cook low heat until liquid absorbed while stirring

    Mushroom

  1. heat up Oil 2 tbsp in large pan
  2. add Yellow Onion 1 pc chopped
  3. fry until it gets glassy
  4. add Paprika Powder 2 tbsp Champignon 500 g cut in pieces
  5. fry 10 min
  6. add Salt 2 tsp Pepper 1 pinch
  7. add Water 50 ml
  8. cook until liquid absorbed
