  • Olive Oil 1 tbsp
  • Garlic 2 clove sliced
  • Gorgonzola 150 g
  • Heavy Cream 250 ml
  • Spinach 150 g cleaned
  • Parmesan 20 g grated
  • Pepper 1 pinch
  • Water 5 l
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Gnocchi 600 g
  • Pepper 1 pinch per serving

Steps

  1. heat up Olive Oil 1 tbsp in large pan
  2. add Garlic 2 clove sliced
  3. fry 1 min
  4. add Gorgonzola 150 g
  5. fry low heat until it melts
  6. add Heavy Cream 250 ml
  7. cook 5 min
  8. add Spinach 150 g cleaned Parmesan 20 g grated Pepper 1 pinch
  9. boil up Water 5 l
  10. add Salt 1 tsp
  11. add Gnocchi 600 g
  12. cook until floating on surface
  13. remove Pasta with strainer
  14. mix Pasta Sauce
  15. sprinkle with Pepper 1 pinch per serving when serving
