Ingredients

  • Milk 50 ml
  • Sugar 1 tsp
  • Yeast 50 g fresh crumbled
  • Flour 500 dkg
  • Salt 1 pinch
  • Water 1 little bit
  • Wild Garlic 6 tbsp chopped
  • Sour Cream 200 ml
  • Bacon 100 dkg chopped
  • Red Onion 2 pc sliced

Steps

  1. warm Milk 50 ml
  2. add Sugar 1 tsp
  3. add Yeast 50 g fresh crumbled
  4. wait until it dissolves
  5. mix Flour 500 dkg Salt 1 pinch
  6. add Yeast mix
  7. add Water 1 little bit more if needed gradually knead until dough comes together
  8. add Wild Garlic 1 tbsp chopped
  9. add baking paper in baking tray
  10. spread Dough
  11. smear with Sour Cream 200 ml
  12. sprinkle with Bacon 100 dkg chopped Wild Garlic 5 tbsp chopped
  13. put on it Red Onion 2 pc sliced
  14. bake 180 °C 30 min until it browns
