Ingredients

  • Flour 500 g
  • Salt 1 pinch
  • Sugar 4 tbsp
  • Yeast 25 g fresh crumbled
  • Egg 1 pc cracked up
  • Egg Yolk 1 pc
  • Milk 300 ml
  • Butter 70 g room temperature
  • Cocoa Powder 100 g
  • Sugar 100 g
  • Butter 100 ml melted
  • Powdered Sugar 1 little bit

Steps

  1. mix Flour 500 g Salt 1 pinch Sugar 4 tbsp Yeast 25 g fresh crumbled
  2. add Egg 1 pc cracked up Egg Yolk 1 pc
  3. add Milk 250 ml knead until dough comes together
  4. add Butter 70 g room temperature knead 10 min until dough becomes sticky
  5. let rise 1 h covered in warm place
  6. mix Cocoa Powder 100 g Sugar 100 g
  7. roll (stretch) Dough thin with rolling pin
  8. smear with Butter 100 ml melted
  9. sprinkle with Sugar Mix
  10. roll up Dough medium tight
  11. slice Dough 4-5 cm
  12. let rise 20 min
  13. sprinkle with Milk 50 ml
  14. bake 180 °C 20 min in oven (top and bottom) preheated
  15. cool 30 min
  16. sprinkle with Powdered Sugar 1 little bit when serving
