Ingredients

  • Brown Rice 250 g rinsed
  • Water 500 ml
  • Salmon 500 g fillet cut into cubes/diced
  • Lemon Juice 1 tsp
  • Olive Oil 2 tbsp
  • Spinach 600 g chopped
  • Pepper 0.5 tsp
  • Salt 0.5 tsp
  • Salt 1 little bit
  • Pepper 1 little bit
  • Crème Fraîche 100 g
  • Parmesan 100 g grated

Steps

  1. put Brown Rice 250 g rinsed in medium pot
  2. add Water 500 ml
  3. cook low heat until liquid absorbed
  4. mix Salmon 500 g fillet cut into cubes/diced Lemon Juice 1 tsp
  5. heat up Olive Oil 1 tbsp in large pan
  6. add Spinach 600 g chopped Pepper 0.5 tsp Salt 0.5 tsp
  7. add Fish Rice
  8. cook low heat 5 min while stirring
  9. add Salt 1 little bit Pepper 1 little bit more if needed

    Assembly

  1. mix Crème Fraîche 100 g Parmesan 100 g grated
  2. spread Olive Oil 1 tbsp in casserole dish
  3. add Mixture
  4. put on it Cheese Mix
  5. bake 200 °C 15 min in oven (top and bottom) preheated
