Ingredients

  • Chicken Breast 600 g cut into cubes/diced
  • Butter 7 tbsp
  • Flour 3 tbsp
  • Milk 150 ml cold
  • Dijon Mustard 1 tbsp
  • Lemon Juice 2 tbsp
  • Salt 2.5 tsp
  • Paprika Powder 1 tsp
  • White Pepper 1 tsp
  • Breadcrumb 200 g
  • Parsley Leaf 1.5 tsp
  • Cooked Ham 150 g sliced
  • Gouda 200 g sliced

Steps

    Meat

  1. cook Chicken Breast 600 g cut into cubes/diced until it softens
  2. drain

    Sauce

  1. melt Butter 3 tbsp in medium pot
  2. add Flour 3 tbsp gradually while stirring
  3. fry low heat until it dissolves
  4. add Milk 150 ml cold gradually while stirring
  5. cook low heat until it thickens
  6. remove from heat
  7. add Dijon Mustard 1 tbsp Lemon Juice 2 tbsp Salt 1.5 tsp Paprika Powder 1 tsp White Pepper 1 tsp

    Topping

  1. melt Butter 3 tbsp in medium pot
  2. add Breadcrumb 200 g Salt 1 tsp Parsley Leaf 1.5 tsp

    Assembly

  1. spread Butter 1 tbsp in casserole dish
  2. spread Meat evenly
  3. put on it Cooked Ham 150 g sliced thin evenly
  4. put on it Gouda 200 g sliced thin evenly
  5. put on it Sauce evenly
  6. put on it Topping evenly
  7. bake 180 °C 45 min in oven (convection) preheated
  8. cool 10 min
