  • Potato 8 pc
  • Cream Cheese 300 g
  • Herbes de Provence 3 tsp
  • Parmesan 100 g grated
  • Bacon 16 slice

Steps

  1. peel Potato 8 pc
  2. bake 180 °C 30 min
  3. remove from heat
  4. cut lengthwise, in half
  5. remove Middle with spoon leave 2 mm thickness
  6. mix Middle Cream Cheese 300 g Herbes de Provence 3 tsp Parmesan 100 g grated
  7. take Potato
  8. fill Mixture
  9. wrap Potato Bacon 16 slice 1 / piece
  10. bake 180 °C until it gets crispy
