  • Leg of Lamb 2.5 kg with bone
  • Garlic 8 clove cut into strips
  • Salt 3 tsp
  • Pepper 3 tsp
  • Mustard 4 tbsp
  • Oregano 3 tsp
  • Basil 3 tsp
  • Rosemary 3 tsp
  • Sage 3 tsp
  • Oil 3 tbsp
  • Water 50 ml
  • Tomato 5 pc sliced
  • Beer 200 ml
  • Tomato Juice 100 ml
  • Orange Peel 1 tbsp
  • Blueberry Jam 2 tbsp
  • Pomegranate Concentrate 2 tsp
  • Pomegranate Seeds 2 tbsp
  • Lemon Juice 2 tsp
  • Yellow Onion 0.5 pc chopped

Steps

    Roast

  1. take Leg of Lamb 2.5 kg with bone
  2. push Garlic 8 clove cut into strips into holes cut with knife
  3. sprinkle with Salt 3 tsp Pepper 3 tsp all sides
  4. smear with Mustard 3 tbsp all sides
  5. sprinkle with Oregano 3 tsp Basil 3 tsp Rosemary 3 tsp Sage 3 tsp
  6. spread Oil 3 tbsp in baking tray
  7. put on it Water 50 ml
  8. put on it Meat
  9. put on it Tomato 5 pc sliced
  10. bake 180 °C 2 h covered with aluminum foil
  11. sprinkle with Beer 200 ml in the meantime
  12. remove Roast
  13. drain Juice keep
  14. put Roast in casserole dish
  15. sprinkle with Tomato Juice 100 ml
  16. bake 200 °C 30 min until it gets crispy

    Sauce

  1. put Juice in medium pot
  2. add Orange Peel 1 tbsp Mustard 1 tbsp Blueberry Jam 2 tbsp Pomegranate Concentrate 2 tsp Pomegranate Seeds 2 tbsp Lemon Juice 2 tsp Yellow Onion 0.5 pc chopped
  3. cook medium heat 20 min

    Serving

  1. take Roast
  2. put on it Sauce
