Ingredients

  • Sugar 85 g
  • Honey 150 g
  • Butter 85 g
  • Baking Soda 2 tsp
  • Egg 2 pc L size
  • Flour 375 g
  • Mascarpone 250 g
  • Greek Yogurt 400 g
  • Heavy Cream 100 ml

Steps

  1. mix Sugar 85 g Honey 100 g Butter 85 g
  2. cook low heat until mixed evenly while stirring
  3. add Baking Soda 2 tsp
  4. cook low heat until it foams
  5. remove from heat
  6. cool 15 min while stirring
  7. add Egg 2 pc L size one by one while stirring
  8. add Flour 375 g gradually while stirring until dough becomes sticky
  9. cool 1 h in fridge
  10. divide Dough in 6
  11. roll (stretch) Dough circle 23 cm one by one
  12. bake 160 °C 5 min one by one
  13. cool

    Filling

  1. mix Mascarpone 250 g Greek Yogurt 400 g Heavy Cream 100 ml
  2. add Honey 50 g more if needed
  3. whisk until foamy

    Assembly

  1. take Cake Sheet
  2. smear with Filling
  3. repeat 6x
  4. coat with Filling all sides
  5. sprinkle with Crumbs remains from cake sheet
