Ingredients

  • Rice 150 g
  • Water 650 ml
  • Salt 1 pinch
  • Pork Fat 2 tbsp
  • Yellow Onion 1 pc chopped
  • Paprika Powder 1 tsp
  • Minced Meat 500 g pork
  • Salt 2 tsp
  • Pepper 1.0 tsp
  • Bell Pepper 8 pc
  • Sugar 2 tbsp
  • Flour 2 tbsp
  • Tomato 1 l sieved
  • Celery Leaf 2 tbsp chopped
  • Water 1 little bit

Steps

  1. add Rice 150 g Water 150 ml Salt 1 pinch in medium pot
  2. cook medium heat until liquid absorbed
  3. heat up Pork Fat 1 tbsp in large pan
  4. add Yellow Onion 1 pc chopped
  5. fry until it gets glassy
  6. remove from heat
  7. add Paprika Powder 1 tsp
  8. cool 15 min
  9. add Minced Meat 500 g pork Rice Salt 1 tsp Pepper 0.5 tsp
  10. mix
  11. core/stem Bell Pepper 8 pc
  12. fill Mixture
  13. heat up Pork Fat 1 tbsp in large pan
  14. add Sugar 2 tbsp Flour 2 tbsp gradually while stirring
  15. cook low heat until it dissolves
  16. add Tomato 1 l sieved while stirring
  17. add Water 500 ml Celery Leaf 2 tbsp chopped Salt 1 tsp Pepper 0.5 tsp
  18. add Pepper (vegetable)
  19. cook low heat 40 min until it softens
  20. add Water 1 little bit in the meantime if needed
