Ingredients

  • Oil 1 tbsp
  • Yellow Onion 1 pc chopped
  • Milk 100 ml
  • Bun 2 pc cut into cubes/diced
  • Minced Meat 500 g pork
  • Egg 2 pc
  • Garlic 2 clove crushed/minced
  • Breadcrumb 5 tbsp
  • Salt 1.5 tsp
  • Pepper 1 tsp
  • Paprika Powder 1 tsp
  • Butter 20 g
  • Egg 6 pc hard boiled
  • Egg Yolk 1 pc

Steps

  1. heat up Oil 1 tbsp in large pan
  2. add Yellow Onion 1 pc chopped
  3. fry until it gets glassy
  4. put Milk 100 ml in small pot
  5. add Bun 2 pc cut into cubes/diced
  6. soak until it softens
  7. squeeze
  8. mix Minced Meat 500 g pork Egg 2 pc Onion Garlic 2 clove crushed/minced Bun Breadcrumb 3 tbsp Salt 1.5 tsp Pepper 1 tsp Paprika Powder 1 tsp in large bowl
  9. spread Butter 20 g in bread pan all sides
  10. sprinkle with Breadcrumb 1 tbsp evenly
  11. spread Mixture 1/2
  12. put on it Egg 6 pc hard boiled in line
  13. spread Mixture 1/2
  14. smear with Egg Yolk 1 pc evenly
  15. sprinkle with Breadcrumb 1 tbsp evenly
  16. bake 180 °C 1 h covered
  17. bake 180 °C 30 min uncovered
  18. cool 15 min
  19. slice
