Ingredients

  • Oil 1 tbsp
  • Pork 800 g fillet
  • Heavy Cream 800 ml
  • Egg Yolk 2 pc
  • Parsley Leaf 3 tbsp chopped
  • Brie 400 g cut into cubes/diced
  • Salt 0.5 tsp
  • Pepper 0.5 tsp
  • Gnocchi 1.2 kg
  • Milk 50 ml
  • Pear 4 pc canned cut in half
  • Cranberry Jam 8 tsp
  • Cranberry Jam 1 little bit

Steps

  1. heat up Oil 1 tbsp in large pan
  2. add Pork 800 g fillet
  3. fry until it gets goldenbrown
  4. mix Heavy Cream 800 ml Egg Yolk 2 pc Parsley Leaf 3 tbsp chopped Brie 200 g cut into cubes/diced Salt 0.5 tsp Pepper 0.5 tsp in casserole dish
  5. add Gnocchi 1.2 kg
  6. add Milk 50 ml optional more if needed enough to cover
  7. bake 200 °C 15 min
  8. remove from heat
  9. mix
  10. put on it Meat evenly
  11. put on it Pear 4 pc canned cut in half cut side up
  12. put on it Cranberry Jam 8 tsp in the holes
  13. put on it Brie 200 g cut into cubes/diced evenly
  14. put on it Cranberry Jam 1 little bit optional more if needed
  15. bake 200 °C 10 min
