Ingredients

  • Flour 50 g
  • Cocoa Powder 20 g
  • Egg White 6 pc
  • Sugar 300 g
  • Water 180 ml
  • Oil 30 ml
  • Heavy Cream 250 ml
  • Chocolate 400 g cut in pieces
  • Rum Aroma 3 g
  • Oil 2 tbsp

Steps

    Sponge Cake

  1. mix Flour 50 g Cocoa Powder 20 g
  2. whisk Egg White 6 pc add Sugar 200 g slowly
  3. whisk until stiff
  4. add Water 30 ml Oil 30 ml gradually slowly
  5. add Dry Mix carefully slowly
  6. put baking paper in baking tray 23x34 cm
  7. add Mixture
  8. bake 180 °C 30 min in oven (top and bottom) preheated

    Filling

  1. warm Heavy Cream 250 ml in medium pot
  2. add Chocolate 250 g cut in pieces Rum Aroma 2 g
  3. cook low heat until it melts
  4. remove from heat
  5. whisk slowly until mixed evenly
  6. cool 4 h in fridge
  7. whisk until foamy

    Syrup

  1. cook Water 150 ml Sugar 100 g until it melts
  2. cool
  3. add Rum Aroma 1 g

    Assembly

  1. cut Cake/Pie lengthwise, in half
  2. put on it Syrup evenly
  3. soak until liquid absorbed approx
  4. take Lower Half
  5. smear with Filling leave some for decoration
  6. put on it Upper Half
  7. cool 2 h in fridge
  8. cut in cubes

    Icing

  1. warm Oil 2 tbsp in small pot
  2. add Chocolate 150 g cut in pieces
  3. cook low heat until it melts
  4. take Cake/Pie
  5. put on it Icing until it runs down on sides
  6. put on it Filling decoration
