Ingredients

  • Water 4 l
  • Pork Leg 700 g cut in pieces
  • Oil 4 tbsp
  • Yellow Onion 2 pc chopped
  • Carrot 3 pc grated
  • Parsley Root 2 pc grated
  • Celery Root 1 pc grated small
  • Garlic 3 clove chopped
  • Bell Pepper 1 pc chopped
  • Tomato 2 pc chopped
  • Potato 3 pc cut into cubes/diced
  • Tomato Juice 250 ml
  • Lemon Juice 100 ml
  • Salt 0.5 tbsp
  • Pepper 0.5 tbsp
  • Paprika Powder 1 tbsp
  • Sour Cream 1 little bit
  • Parsley Leaf 1 little bit chopped

Steps

  1. boil up Water 4 l in large pot
  2. add Pork Leg 700 g cut in pieces
  3. cook 40 min
  4. in the meantime heat up Oil 4 tbsp in large pan
  5. add Yellow Onion 2 pc chopped
  6. fry until it gets glassy
  7. add Carrot 3 pc grated Parsley Root 2 pc grated Celery Root 1 pc grated small Garlic 3 clove chopped Bell Pepper 1 pc chopped Tomato 2 pc chopped
  8. fry high heat 5 min
  9. mix Soup Vegetables
  10. cook medium heat 20 min
  11. add Potato 3 pc cut into cubes/diced
  12. cook medium heat 20 min until it softens
  13. add Tomato Juice 250 ml Lemon Juice 100 ml
  14. cook medium heat 5 min
  15. add Salt 0.5 tbsp Pepper 0.5 tbsp Paprika Powder 1 tbsp more if needed
  16. put on it Sour Cream 1 little bit Parsley Leaf 1 little bit chopped when serving
