Ingredients

  • Paprika Powder 2 tsp
  • Lime Juice 2 tbsp
  • Salt 4 tsp
  • Yoghurt 300 g
  • Ginger 3.0 tbsp crushed/minced
  • Cayenne Pepper 6 tsp
  • Garam Masala 2 tbsp
  • Garlic 4 clove crushed/minced
  • Chicken Drumstick 1 kg boneless cut in pieces
  • Butter 8 tbsp
  • Tomato 1 kg sieved
  • Cinnamon 2 tsp
  • Honey 2 tbsp
  • Heavy Cream 300 ml

Steps

  1. mix Paprika Powder 2 tsp Lime Juice 2 tbsp Salt 2 tsp Yoghurt 300 g Ginger 1.5 tbsp crushed/minced Cayenne Pepper 2 tsp Garam Masala 2 tbsp Garlic 2 clove crushed/minced in large bowl
  2. add Chicken Drumstick 1 kg boneless cut in pieces
  3. rest 1 h in fridge
  4. bake 200 °C 25 min preheated
  5. in the meantime melt Butter 4 tbsp high heat
  6. add Tomato 1 kg sieved Cinnamon 2 tsp Salt 2 tsp Cayenne Pepper 4 tsp Ginger 1.5 tbsp crushed/minced Garlic 2 clove crushed/minced
  7. cook low heat 20 min while stirring
  8. add Butter 4 tbsp Honey 2 tbsp Heavy Cream 300 ml
  9. cook 3 min
  10. drain Chicken
  11. mix Chicken Sauce
  12. cook 2 min while stirring
