  • Olive Oil 3 tbsp
  • Salt 0.5 tsp
  • Pepper 0.5 tsp
  • Garlic 2 clove crushed/minced
  • Curry Powder 1.5 tbsp
  • Turkey Thigh 500 g cut into strips
  • Schupfnudel 1 kg
  • Bell Pepper 1 pc chopped
  • Coconut Milk 150 ml
  • Crème Fraîche 200 ml
  • Egg 2 pc
  • Salt 1 pinch
  • Pepper 1 pinch
  • Cheese 100 g grated

Steps

  1. mix Olive Oil 2 tbsp Salt 0.5 tsp Pepper 0.5 tsp Garlic 2 clove crushed/minced Curry Powder 1 tbsp
  2. add Turkey Thigh 500 g cut into strips
  3. rest 1 day in fridge optional
  4. heat up Olive Oil 1 tbsp in large pan
  5. add Schupfnudel 1 kg
  6. fry until it gets goldenbrown
  7. remove
  8. put Turkey in large pan preheated
  9. add Bell Pepper 1 pc chopped
  10. fry until it softens
  11. mix Coconut Milk 150 ml Crème Fraîche 200 ml Egg 2 pc Salt 1 pinch Pepper 1 pinch Curry Powder 0.5 tbsp
  12. put Schupfnudel in casserole dish
  13. put on it Turkey evenly
  14. put on it Sauce evenly
  15. sprinkle with Cheese 100 g grated evenly
  16. bake 180 °C 40 min preheated
