  • Duck Breast 2 pc
  • Sea Salt 1 tsp
  • Pepper 1 tsp

Steps

  1. score Duck Breast 2 pc skin and fat
  2. sear in large pan high heat 5 min approx side with skin
  3. turn/flip with tongs
  4. sear 3 min all sides
  5. put Meat in baking tray
  6. bake 180 °C
  7. rest 10 min in aluminum foil
  8. slice
  9. sprinkle with Sea Salt 1 tsp Pepper 1 tsp
