Ingredients

  • Cabbage 1 pc
  • Water 4.0 l
  • Salt 3 tbsp
  • Minced Meat 800 g mixed (pork/beef)
  • Pepper 1 tsp
  • Paprika Powder 1 tsp
  • Yellow Onion 1 pc chopped
  • Garlic 2 clove crushed/minced
  • Rice 120 g cleaned
  • Lemon Salt 1 tsp
  • Sour Cream 1 little bit

Steps

  1. take Cabbage 1 pc
  2. remove Middle
  3. boil up Water 2.5 l
  4. add Salt 1 tbsp Cabbage
  5. cook until it softens
  6. remove Leaves one by one while cooking
  7. cool
  8. cut Leaf Veins
  9. in the meantime mix Minced Meat 800 g mixed (pork/beef) Salt 1 tbsp Pepper 1 tsp Paprika Powder 1 tsp Yellow Onion 1 pc chopped Garlic 2 clove crushed/minced Rice 120 g cleaned
  10. take Leaves
